Tr3mo, a social discovery and dating application developed by Klerk Support Services FZ LLC, is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community. We have zero tolerance for any activity that involves child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or that endangers minors in any way.

1️⃣ Zero-Tolerance Policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

  • We strictly prohibit the creation, sharing, or possession of any material involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.

  • Grooming, solicitation, or sexualised communication with minors is forbidden.

  • Deceptive or under-age profiles and requests for explicit content are permanently removed and reported to authorities.

  • Sextortion, child trafficking, and any attempt to exploit, harm, or endanger a minor are strictly prohibited.

  • Any account found violating these standards will be permanently suspended and reported to law-enforcement and child-protection authorities.

2️⃣ Age-Restricted Platform

Tr3mo is exclusively for users aged 18 and above.
During registration, every user must confirm their age. Accounts verified as belonging to minors are immediately terminated.

3️⃣ Detection and Enforcement

We use both automated detection tools and trained human moderators to identify and prevent any CSAE-related or child-endangerment activity.
Confirmed cases are promptly escalated to law-enforcement agencies and child-protection organisations, in accordance with applicable laws and international best practices.

4️⃣ Reporting Child-Safety Concerns and In-App Report Mechanisms

Users can report any inappropriate or harmful behaviour directly from within the app:

  • On a user profile → tap the ⋮ menu → Report User

  • On a post → tap the ⋮ menu → Report Post

  • On a story → long-press or tap ⚠️ → Report Story

  • In a chat → tap the top-right menu → Report Chat

All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Verified child-safety incidents are escalated immediately to law enforcement.

5️⃣ Developer Responsibility and Compliance

Klerk Support Services FZ LLC maintains continuous training for moderators and compliance officers in CSAE prevention and incident handling.
We have systems to remove any confirmed Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant regional authorities.
Our app complies with all applicable UAE Cybercrime Laws, international CSAE frameworks, and Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy.
